What is Builders Exchange?
In 1987, Builders Exchange of Rochester (BER) was formed as a not-for-profit organization at the request of area general contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Builders Exchange offers its members information about, as well as convenient access to plans, specs, and addenda for projects that are out for bid in southern Minnesota, western Wisconsin, and northern Iowa.
