Welcome to Private Projects, a service provided by the Builders Exchange of Rochester.

General Contractors, Construction Managers, Architects, Engineers and Owners may use this service to post any project, public or private, and limit access to subcontractors and suppliers by providing a unique, system generated access code, to their selected group of bidders.

Subcontractors and suppliers may use this service to gain access to project information, plans, specifications and addenda, even if they are not members of the Builders Exchange of Rochester.

Full Members & Associate Members may enter Private Projects by using their regular UserID and Password.

Non-Member subcontractors and suppliers may obtain access after completing a short registration form. Once you have registered, you can use the same ID and password for all subsequent private projects.

NOTE: You must have a specific key code in order to access project information. These 8-10 digit Key Codes are provided by the general contractor, construction manager, architect, engineer or owner who has asked you to bid.
